Job Description

The Finance Manager - Consolidations role at The Hertz Corporation is an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our dynamic team. As the Finance Manager - Consolidations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the consolidation process of the Hertz Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and reporting of the consolidated financial statements.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in the preparation and/or review of consolidated financial statements for a large public company. You must also possess strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additionally, you must have experience with financial systems and consolidation software, such as Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS). If you are a highly-organized, results-driven finance professional with a passion for delivering timely, accurate, and meaningful financial information, we want to hear from you!
