
Director, Brand Marketing
We are looking for an innovative, experienced, and highly organized individual to join our team as the Director of Brand Marketing at The Hertz Corporation. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Brand Marketing will play a critical role in developing and executing our global brand strategy with the goal of increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and advocacy. The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of brand marketing experience and a proven track record of developing and executing successful, high-impact strategies. They should also have a strong knowledge of the digital media landscape as well as a creative and analytical mindset. Additionally, the Director of Brand Marketing should have a passion for the Hertz brand and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand strategy for The Hertz Corporation.
- Manage the overall execution of the brand strategy to ensure its successful implementation.
- Utilize digital media and other marketing channels to maximize brand awareness, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and preferences to inform brand strategy decisions.
- Identify potential opportunities for brand growth and development.
- Develop creative solutions to complex brand challenges.
- Develop and manage a budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Lead and manage a team of brand marketing professionals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Measure and report on brand performance metrics.
