  4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized rental desk and office area.
  7. Ensure proper documentation and paperwork is completed for each rental transaction.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience.
  9. Upsell additional products and services to customers as needed.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of Hertz's products, services, and promotions.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide the best customer service.
  12. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  13. Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.
