  1. Develop and maintain customer relationship management systems for The Hertz Corporation.

  4. Test and troubleshoot software to ensure functionality and identify and resolve any issues.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technology.
  6. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and consistent coding standards.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
  9. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications.
  10. Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Crm Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience Working With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software Such As Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Or Sap. They Should Be Able To Customize And Integrate These Systems To Meet The Specific Needs Of The Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Front-End Development: The Candidate Should Possess A Solid Foundation In Front-End Development Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Front-End Frameworks Like React, Angular, Or Vue.

  • Familiarity With Back-End Development: A Successful Candidate Should Have Experience With Back-End Development Using Languages Like Java, Python, Or C#. They Should Also Be Familiar With Popular Databases Such As Mysql, Mongodb, Or Oracle.

  • Understanding Of Data Management And Analytics: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Data Management And Analytics, As Crm Systems Rely Heavily On Data To Provide Insights And Drive Business Decisions. Knowledge Of Data Analysis Tools Like Tableau Or Power Bi Would Be A Plus.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Crm Full Stack Developer Intern Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Problems And Come Up With Effective Solutions. They Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Software Issues.
