  1. Utilize sales techniques to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  3. Meet and exceed sales goals by proactively seeking out and following up on leads.
  4. Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and test drives to educate customers on the features and capabilities of our vehicles.
  5. Maintain a strong knowledge of our inventory and be able to make recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  6. Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
  8. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sales techniques and processes.
  9. Keep track of and accurately report sales activities and customer interactions.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process and beyond.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the market to effectively adapt sales strategies.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and colleagues to ensure a cohesive team approach.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  14. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
