  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Hertz car sales department.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  4. Promote and sell a wide range of vehicles to potential customers.
  5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Hertz vehicles, features, and benefits.
  6. Conduct test drives to showcase the quality and performance of the vehicles.
  7. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of current sales promotions and incentives.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
  10. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  11. Utilize customer feedback to continuously improve the sales process and customer experience.
  12. Keep track of inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and presentable for customers.
