  1. Greet and welcome customers to the dealership with a positive and professional attitude.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
  4. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all vehicles, including features, options, and pricing.
  5. Conduct test drives to showcase the features and performance of vehicles.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of current sales promotions and financing options.
  8. Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with customers.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  10. Utilize effective communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to make informed recommendations to customers.
  12. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code policies.
  13. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  14. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential for future sales.
  15. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the job and the company as a whole.
