Job Description

The Hertz Corporation is looking to hire an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the branch, overseeing the branch staff and providing excellent customer service. You must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize and motivate a team. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, sales, and/or management who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the branch and its staff in providing excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
  3. Monitor staff performance and ensure team is meeting goals and objectives.
  4. Provide guidance and coaching to staff to ensure they are meeting customer service standards.
  5. Assist in resolving customer service issues and complaints.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and the local community.
  7. Analyze financial data and develop strategies to maximize profits and efficiencies.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
