Job Description

At The Hertz Corporation, we're looking for an Administrative Clerk who is organized, highly motivated, and has a knack for problem-solving. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The Administrative Clerk will provide administrative support to various departments and will assist with the day-to-day operations of the company.To be successful in this role, you must be self-driven and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You must have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

•Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with the day-to-day operations of the company •Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently and as part of a team •Maintain accurate records and files •Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails •Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports •Perform data entry and other administrative tasks •Coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistics •Create and maintain filing systems •Assist with special projects as needed •Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying
