- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of Too Faced and Smashbox brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand needs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts that meet the quality and cost requirements of the brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Continuously monitor and assess supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the beauty industry and market trends to inform procurement decisions and strategies.
- Lead and manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation and implementation.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Provide regular updates on procurement activities and cost savings achievements to senior management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior procurement team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and innovations that could improve the procurement process and drive cost savings.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of procurement expenses and budget management.
- Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.
- Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and other external stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost-consciousness within the procurement team and the broader organization.
8+ Years Of Experience In Brand Procurement Or Strategic Sourcing, Preferably Within The Beauty Industry.
Strong Negotiation Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Suppliers.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Meeting Tight Deadlines.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Budgeting And Cost Analysis, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Procurement Professionals.
