Job Description

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store in The Citadel Outlets. As a part-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to represent some of the world's most iconic beauty brands and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. If you have a love for cosmetics and a drive for success, we want you to be a part of our team!

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
  2. Represent Estée Lauder and other iconic beauty brands in a positive and professional manner.
  3. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products.
  4. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and new launches to effectively communicate with customers.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  7. Effectively handle cash and credit transactions.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  9. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
  11. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
  13. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  14. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior Experience In Retail Sales, With A Focus On Cosmetics And Beauty Products.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Estée Lauder Companies' Brands And Products, Including A Passion For Cosmetics And Beauty.

  • Availability To Work Part-Time, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, To Meet The Demands Of A Seasonal Sales Position.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With Strong Multitasking And Organizational Skills To Meet Sales Goals And Maintain Store Standards.
