The Estée Lauder Companies is currently seeking a Part Time Seasonal Beauty Advisor for our Jo Malone brand at Century City. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious brand and showcase your expertise in beauty and customer relations.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their fragrance and beauty needs.
  2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Jo Malone products and their benefits to customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and foster brand loyalty.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and recommending products to customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized selling area to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Effectively handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints with a professional and courteous attitude.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  9. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability in fulfilling scheduled shifts.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  12. Uphold brand standards and represent the Jo Malone brand with professionalism and integrity.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  14. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate peak shopping times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In The Beauty Industry: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Beauty-Related Role, Whether It Be In Sales, Customer Service, Or Cosmetics Application. This Experience Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Jo Malone Products And Brand: Since This Role Specifically Focuses On The Jo Malone Brand, It Is Important For The Candidate To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Brand's History, Product Offerings, And Values. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Represent The Brand And Provide Accurate Information To Customers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Beauty Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Rapport With Customers, Understanding Their Needs, And Making Product Recommendations.

  • Availability To Work Part-Time And On Weekends: This Position Is For A Part-Time Role, And The Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule To Work Weekends And Holidays As Needed. This Is A Crucial Requirement As The Holiday Season Is Typically The Busiest Time For Beauty Sales.

  • Passion For Beauty And Fragrance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Genuine Interest And Passion For The Beauty Industry, Specifically In Fragrances. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Engage With Customers And Make Personalized Recommendations Based On Their Preferences And Needs.
