- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their fragrance and beauty needs.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Jo Malone products and their benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and foster brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and recommending products to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized selling area to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Effectively handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability in fulfilling scheduled shifts.

Previous Experience In The Beauty Industry: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Beauty-Related Role, Whether It Be In Sales, Customer Service, Or Cosmetics Application. This Experience Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Jo Malone Products And Brand: Since This Role Specifically Focuses On The Jo Malone Brand, It Is Important For The Candidate To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Brand's History, Product Offerings, And Values. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Represent The Brand And Provide Accurate Information To Customers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Beauty Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Rapport With Customers, Understanding Their Needs, And Making Product Recommendations.
Availability To Work Part-Time And On Weekends: This Position Is For A Part-Time Role, And The Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule To Work Weekends And Holidays As Needed. This Is A Crucial Requirement As The Holiday Season Is Typically The Busiest Time For Beauty Sales.
