  2. Promote and sell various beauty products from renowned brands within the store.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all beauty products and services offered by the company.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing strong sales techniques and upselling products to customers.
  5. Create and maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in the store for customers.
  6. Assist in merchandising and restocking products to ensure a visually appealing and fully stocked store at all times.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage return visits and customer loyalty.
  8. Stay up to date on the latest beauty trends and products in order to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  9. Handle all cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve overall sales and customer service objectives.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
  13. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
  14. Represent the company and its products in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Help to create a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and supporting fellow team members.
