- Lead and Motivate Team: The MAC Keyholder will be responsible for leading and motivating the team at the Santa Anita location to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive Sales: The primary responsibility of the MAC Keyholder will be to drive sales for the MAC brand by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting products to customers.
- Product Knowledge: The Keyholder will be expected to have a deep understanding of the MAC brand and products in order to effectively educate and assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Customer Service: It is the responsibility of the Keyholder to ensure that customers have a positive and memorable experience at the Santa Anita location by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Strong Sales Skills: As A Keyholder At The Estée Lauder Companies, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales And Meeting Targets. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Sales Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Train Their Team To Achieve Sales Goals.
Knowledge Of Mac Products: A Deep Knowledge And Passion For Mac Products Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With The Brand's History, Product Range, And Be Able To Offer Personalized Recommendations To Customers.
