Join our team at La Mer as a Full-Time Esthetician at Nordstrom Santa Anita, under The Estée Lauder Companies. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to provide our clients with personalized skincare treatments using La Mer's luxurious products. As an Esthetician, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.   1. Conduct personalized skincare consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and concerns.
  2. Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion, using La Mer's high-quality products.
  3. Continuously stay updated on new skincare techniques, products, and trends to provide the best service to clients.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
  5. Upsell and promote La Mer products and services to clients, while also educating them on proper skincare routines.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
  7. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals, while also contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  8. Keep accurate records of client information, treatments performed, and product sales for inventory and marketing purposes.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  10. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.
  11. Represent La Mer and The Estée Lauder Companies in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Esthetician License: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Esthetician License From A Recognized Institution, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Expertise In Skin Care Treatments.

  • Experience In High-End Skin Care: La Mer Is A Luxury Brand, And The Esthetician Should Have Experience Working With High-End Skin Care Products And Providing Personalized Treatments To Clients.
