- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand management, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and execution of product marketing plans.
- Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and communication plans for all new and existing products.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make recommendations for product portfolio optimization.
- Develop and manage budgets for product marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying key areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.

- Mentor and guide a team of product marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Represent Too Faced and the Estée Lauder Companies at industry events and conferences, showcasing our product marketing strategies and successes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing Strategy And Analytics, Preferably In The Beauty Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Strategic Marketing Plans For Consumer Products.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Market Research, Data Analysis, And Forecasting.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
