Job Description

As Producer/Planner – Content at The Enterprise, you will have the opportunity to join an exciting, innovative, and fast-paced organization at the forefront of content production. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and organized individual to develop and implement strategies for content production and distribution. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in content production, project management, and/or creative development. You should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You should have a passion for creative content, an innovative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. If you have a track record of success in content production, a creative eye, and the ability to transform ideas into action, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for content production and distribution.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful content production.
  3. Manage all aspects of content production, from development to delivery.
  4. Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  5. Monitor and evaluate project progress against established goals.
  6. Work with creative teams to identify and create innovative solutions to content production challenges.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  8. Research and analyze trends in the content production industry.
  9. Maintain a keen awareness of current production trends and best practices.
  10. Provide support for other departments, as needed.
