Job Description

As a Customer Retention Specialist at The Enterprise, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing any issues they may have. To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, a keen eye for detail and the ability to think quickly and come up with solutions to customer inquiries. You will need to be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and be able to build strong relationships with customers. You will also need to be comfortable working with technology and have a basic understanding of the company’s products and services. You should be a team player who is self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.If you have the skills and experience we are looking for and if you are passionate about providing the highest level of customer service, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues they may have.
  3. Demonstrate a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  4. Utilize keen attention to detail to quickly come up with solutions to customer inquiries.
  5. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and other team members.
  6. Be comfortable working with technology and have a basic understanding of the company’s products and services.
  7. Work collaboratively with other team members in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
  8. Remain self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic in order to best serve customers.
