As a Customer Retention Specialist at The Enterprise, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing any issues they may have. To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, a keen eye for detail and the ability to think quickly and come up with solutions to customer inquiries. You will need to be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and be able to build strong relationships with customers. You will also need to be comfortable working with technology and have a basic understanding of the company’s products and services.
