Warehouse Associate

The Container Store is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Warehouse Associate is a critical part of our operations team, and will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of goods in and out of the warehouse. To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of warehouse experience, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Responsibilities:

-Receive, check, and unload incoming shipments into the warehouse -Inspect inventory for accuracy and ensure that all items are in good condition -Utilize warehouse management systems to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of inventory -Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner -Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment -Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, dusting, and stocking shelves -Perform basic machine operations and assist in the maintenance of equipment -Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers -Follow all safety and quality procedures and standards
