At The Container Store, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and loves to stay busy. The successful candidate must have a passion for helping customers, a willingness to learn and thrive in a team environment. Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction when visiting our stores.The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to successfully complete assigned tasks. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction when visiting the store
  2. Provide customers with knowledgeable and friendly customer service
  3. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
  4. Receive and accurately process customer orders
  5. Load and unload trucks and other vehicles with freight
  6. Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas
  7. Utilize company hand-held scanners to accurately count stock
  8. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels
  9. Work with a team to complete assigned tasks
  10. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and effective manner
  11. Follow safety protocols and report any incidents
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
