Responsibilities for the Sr Director of Finance and Treasury:

1. Develop strategies and implement plans to ensure the financial health and success of The Container Store.
2. Oversee and manage all financial planning and analysis, treasury operations, and other related financial activities.
3. Lead and direct the finance and treasury team in developing and executing long-term financial strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
