Finance Sr Manager Corporate Functions FP&A

The Container Store is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Sr Manager Corporate Functions FP&A to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the Company’s corporate functions. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about financial planning and analysis and who can provide insight and analysis to guide our strategic decisions.The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive and strategic thinker who has a strong background in finance and can effectively collaborate with executive leaders. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience. Additionally, the Finance Sr Manager Corporate Functions FP&A must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis of the Company’s corporate functions.
2. Provide insight and analysis to guide strategic decisions.
3. Collaborate with executive leaders.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
5. Prepare and present accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports to executive leaders.
6. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to enable financial planning and analysis.
7. Ensure all financial projections are accurate and timely.
8. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify variances and trends.
9. Work with executive leaders to identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Stay abreast of changing industry and economic trends.
12. Ensure compliance with all relevant finance and accounting regulations.
