Distribution Supervisor

The Container Store is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods from distribution centers to our retail stores. As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the day-to-day activities of the distribution centers and ensuring the safe, secure and timely delivery of goods to our retail stores.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as previous experience in a distribution or logistics-related role. You should also be able to handle any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. 7. Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Monitor and track inventory levels and maintain records of shipments.
9. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Investigate and resolve any delivery issues or other customer service matters.
