4. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

6. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the IT systems.
7. Provide technical support to end-users and other team members, and assist with resolving any IT-related issues or incidents.
8. Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of any system-related issues.
