Studio Photography Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the studio photography operations for The Children's Place, including coordinating with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that products are showcased in the best possible light.
2. Oversee and direct all aspects of the photography process, from pre-production to post-production.
3. Develop and implement a workflow process for the studio photography operations to ensure efficient and organized operations.
4. Utilize current photography techniques and trends to create engaging images that meet the company’s standards.
5. Monitor the budget for the studio photography operations and ensure that costs are kept within budget.
6. Ensure that all photography equipment is properly maintained and operational.
7. Provide guidance and support to the photography team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
8. Maintain open communication with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that all needs are met.
9. Keep up to date with current industry trends and technologies to ensure that the studio photography operations remain competitive.
10. Evaluate the performance of the studio photography operations and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
