Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Store Manager to join The Children's Place family! If you are a people person with strong leadership skills and a track record of success in retail, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate should have extensive retail experience, a solid understanding of customer service principles and techniques, and a strong commitment to delivering a great shopping experience to our customers. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team to drive sales and store performance. Additionally, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with our customers.If you have the qualifications and are excited by the challenge of leading a successful retail team, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of retail employees to achieve store performance objectives
  2. Monitor sales performance of the store and develop strategies and plans to increase sales
  3. Manage the store’s inventory and ensure that shelves are stocked with fresh products
  4. Monitor and maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and organizational policies and procedures
  6. Address customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  7. Develop and implement customer service standards and initiatives
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  9. Monitor and analyze store performance to identify areas of improvement
  10. Assess staffing requirements and recruit, train, and manage store employees
