  1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer experience.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  3. Build and maintain a strong and motivated team through effective leadership, coaching, and development.
  4. Train and educate team members on company policies, procedures, and products.
  5. Ensure store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
  6. Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize shrink.
  7. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  8. Foster a positive and customer-centric environment to ensure a memorable shopping experience for all customers.
  9. Maintain open communication with corporate office and provide updates on store performance.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  12. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates to the team.
  14. Create and maintain a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and positivity within the store.
  15. Ensure all employees adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
  16. Manage store budget and expenses to meet financial targets.
  17. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the store and increase customer base.
  18. Plan and execute store events and promotions to drive sales and engage with the community.
  19. Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  20. Continuously seek out ways to improve store operations and enhance the customer experience.

Job Qualifications
