This role requires someone with a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail management.   1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including overseeing sales, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Create and maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both customers and employees.
  3. Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic decisions to increase revenue.
  5. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing by managing inventory levels and implementing visual merchandising guidelines.
  6. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
  7. Monitor and maintain store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and utilities, to ensure profitability.
  8. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to foster their professional growth.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to recommend innovative ideas to drive business growth.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  14. Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations to the team.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and represent The Children's Place in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Children's Clothing Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead A Team, Drive Sales, And Uphold Company Standards.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Store Manager Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sales Associates. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Motivate Employees To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Children's Place Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service. The Store Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Top-Notch Customer Service And Be Able To Train And Coach Their Team To Do The Same.

  • Knowledge Of Visual Merchandising: A Successful Store Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Visual Merchandising Principles And Be Able To Effectively Merchandise The Store To Drive Sales And Create An Inviting Shopping Environment For Customers.

  • Strong Organizational And Analytical Skills: The Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Inventory, Analyzing Sales Data, And Creating Schedules For Their Team. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Organizational And Analytical Skills To Effectively Manage These Tasks And Help The Store Run Smoothly.
