- Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding merchandising and promotions.
- Collaborate with district and regional managers to implement company initiatives and achieve overall business goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on current fashion trends.
- Create and maintain relationships with local schools and organizations to drive community involvement.
- Work closely with the corporate office to communicate store needs and provide feedback on product performance.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Children's Clothing Store.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sales Associates.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Merchandising Strategies And Inventory Management.
