1. Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, motivating them to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Train and develop store associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
5. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers and employees.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and buying, to ensure store success.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
11. Continuously strive to improve store performance and meet or exceed company sales goals.
12. Keep up-to-date with industry and fashion trends to ensure the store is offering the latest and most relevant products.
13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to store associates.
14. Responsible for scheduling and managing store staff to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.
15. Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
