We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Lead to join our team. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. To excel in this role, you must have a passion for working with children and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.   1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals.
  2. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
  3. Ensure all employees are trained on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and manage sales floor to ensure cleanliness, organization, and effective merchandising.
  5. Set and communicate daily sales goals and expectations to the team.
  6. Coach and develop team members to improve performance and reach their full potential.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Maintain inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to the appropriate team members.
  9. Responsible for opening and closing the store, including cash handling and deposits.
  10. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' activities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve store processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  13. Foster a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Represent the company's values and brand image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Store Lead Position At The Children's Place Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Daily Store Operations, Managing A Team, And Achieving Sales Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Children's Fashion And Trends: The Children's Place Specializes In Clothing And Accessories For Children, So A Store Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Children's Fashion And Trends. This Includes Knowledge Of Popular Styles, Sizes, And Seasonal Trends.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: With The Fast-Paced Nature Of Retail, It Is Crucial For A Store Lead To Have Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Deadlines While Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail.
