Job Description

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! The Children's Place is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Lead to join our team. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to success. We are looking for someone who is driven, organized, and has a strong understanding of retail operations.   1. Oversee and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  2. Create a positive and welcoming environment for families and children by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and energetic shopping experience.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
  4. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  6. Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in the store, including managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
  7. Collaborate with other Store Leads and management to develop and implement store-wide initiatives and promotions.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and sales performance, setting the standard for the team to follow.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and recommendations for the store.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
