As the leader of the store team, the Store Lead will be responsible for ensuring that every customer experience is a positive one, while also driving sales and profitability. We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a drive for results and a commitment to fostering a team environment.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They must also have a strong understanding of customer service standards, retail operational standards and the ability to motivate and lead a team to success. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail employees to ensure positive customer experiences
- Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and merchandise replenishment
- Monitor sales and profitability goals, and take action to achieve targets
- Train and develop retail staff to ensure consistent performance
- Lead team meetings and provide feedback to staff
- Maintain a positive and professional environment in the store
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure store is compliant with all company policies and procedures
