Job Description

The Children’s Place is looking for an experienced Store Lead who will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who is excited to join a fun and fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of retail experience, a strong understanding of customer service and the ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team. We are looking for someone with a results-oriented mindset who can think on their feet and solve problems in a timely manner. If you have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make our customers happy, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet sales goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales.
  • Monitor store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Supervise and support employees in daily tasks.
  • Utilize problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper organization of stockroom.
  • Manage store budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget.
  • Coordinate store events to enhance customer experience.
  • Train and develop team members to maximize their potential.
