As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales and inspiring your team to exceed customer expectations each and every day.The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of two years of retail store management experience, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and can easily adapt to changing customer needs and business operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of sales associates and ensure exceptional customer service.
  2. Drive sales and achieve store targets.
  3. Monitor daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  4. Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  5. Create and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  6. Monitor inventory levels, order stock and merchandise as needed.
  7. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  9. Manage store budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
