Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales associates and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Monitor daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Monitor inventory levels, order stock and merchandise as needed.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage store budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
