Job Description

At The Children's Place, our Store Leads play a vital role in creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers and their families. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to take on this important position and help our store reach its highest potential. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of providing outstanding customer service, as well as a passion for delivering a positive, fun shopping experience. To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a children's clothing store. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends for children and have excellent organizational and communication skills. If you have a commitment to excellent customer service, the drive to succeed, and the ability to inspire and lead our team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all customers have a delightful shopping experience in the store.
  2. Lead and motivate store personnel to deliver excellent customer service.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Monitor sales performance and strive to meet or exceed store targets.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order product as needed.
  6. Train and develop store personnel to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest fashion trends for children.
  7. Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional, efficient manner.
  8. Ensure store is clean and neat at all times.
  9. Develop effective strategies to increase sales and maximize profits.
  10. Analyze store data and identify areas for improvement.
