Job Description

As the Store Lead at The Children's Place, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing store operations. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the retail industry and has a strong retail management background. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment and be able to motivate and lead a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, financials, inventory, and product ordering.
  3. Train, motivate, and lead a team of store associates.
  4. Implement policies and procedures to ensure store compliance with company standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
  6. Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration amongst store associates.
  7. Create and implement action plans for storewide improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure product availability.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Evaluate performance of store associates and provide feedback and coaching.
