Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Lead to join The Children's Place team. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and has the ability to effectively manage a team. The Store Lead role is a great opportunity for those looking to advance their career in retail. The ideal candidate should possess:- A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of leading and motivating a team - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of company policies, procedures and programs - Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service If you are an experienced leader who is excited by the prospect of growing their career with The Children's Place, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, hire, train, and manage store staff to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
  2. Monitor store performance and take corrective action as needed.
  3. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and programs.
  4. Create a positive work environment by motivating and inspiring team members.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and sales.
  6. Review and analyze store sales and operational reports to ensure profitability.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
  8. Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is properly stocked and organized.
  9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following all safety regulations.
