As a Store Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead by example and create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. 1. Create a Positive Shopping Experience: The Store Lead is responsible for ensuring that every customer who enters The Children's Place has a positive and engaging shopping experience. This includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring that all products are readily available for customers to browse and purchase.
2. Lead by Example: The Store Lead will set the tone for the store and its employees by leading by example. This includes demonstrating excellent customer service, following company policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive attitude.
3. Motivate and Inspire Team: The Store Lead will be responsible for motivating and inspiring their team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. This includes conducting team meetings, providing ongoing training and development, and recognizing and rewarding team members for their hard work.
4. Ensure Compliance: The Store Lead is responsible for ensuring that the store and its employees are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any local, state, and federal regulations. This includes keeping track of inventory, monitoring cash handling procedures, and ensuring that all safety and security measures are being followed.
5. Drive Sales: The Store Lead will play a crucial role in driving sales and meeting sales goals. This includes monitoring sales metrics, analyzing sales reports, and implementing strategies to increase sales.
6. Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: The Store Lead is responsible for maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store. This includes creating eye-catching displays, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed, and following company guidelines for visual merchandising.
7. Build Relationships with Customers: The Store Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This includes engaging with customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated.
8. Manage Store Operations: The Store Lead will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting. They will also work closely with the store manager to ensure that the store is running
