- Lead a team of sales associates in providing exceptional customer service to families shopping at The Children's Place.
- Train and mentor sales associates on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for families with children.
- Ensure that store merchandise is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain a high level of brand knowledge and effectively communicate product information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to all company safety and security protocols.
- Serve as a role model for the sales team by demonstrating excellent customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Schedule and oversee staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations.

- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
Experience In Retail Management: A Store Lead At The Children's Place Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Children's Apparel Industry. This Includes Experience With Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Store Lead Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team. This Includes Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Creating A Positive Work Environment.
Knowledge Of Children's Fashion: The Children's Place Specializes In Children's Apparel, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends For Kids. This Includes Knowledge Of Sizes, Styles, And Fabrics.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Store Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Customers, Employees, And Corporate Management. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Ability To Multitask And Problem-Solve: The Children's Place Stores Can Get Busy, So The Store Lead Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once While Maintaining A High Level Of Customer Service. They Should Also Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Come Up With Solutions To Any Problems That May Arise In The Store.
