  2. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
  3. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  4. Ensure store is properly staffed and schedules are efficiently managed.
  5. Monitor and maintain store appearance and organization to meet brand standards.
  6. Drive sales and meet store goals through effective merchandising and sales strategies.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
  9. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  10. Collaborate with district and regional management to implement company initiatives.
  11. Foster a culture of diversity, creativity, and innovation within the store team.
  12. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide feedback and report on store performance.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and employees.
  14. Ensure all employees are following company dress code and grooming standards.
  15. Serve as a role model for the team by exemplifying excellent customer service and sales skills.
  16. Continuously strive to improve store processes and procedures for better efficiency and productivity.
  17. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and promotions.
  18. Handle cash management and register operations accurately and efficiently.
  19. Schedule and conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, promote teamwork, and gather feedback.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Store Lead Position At The Children's Place Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Children's Clothing Store Or A Similar Retail Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Store Lead, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Sales Associates And Ensuring The Store Runs Smoothly. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Such As The Ability To Motivate And Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Children's Place Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Its Customers. A Store Lead Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Excellent Customer Service And Be Able To Train And Coach Their Team To Do The Same.

  • Knowledge Of Children's Fashion: The Children's Place Specializes In Children's Fashion, So A Store Lead Should Have A Good Understanding Of Current Trends And Styles In Children's Clothing. This Will Allow Them To Assist Customers And Make Recommendations On Products, As Well As Ensure The Store's Inventory Is On-Trend And Appealing To Customers.

  • Ability To Manage Store Operations: A Successful Store Lead Should Be Able To Oversee All Aspects Of Store Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Performance. They Should Also Have Strong Organizational Skills And Be Able To Prioritize Tasks To Ensure The Store Runs Efficiently.
