Previous Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Store Lead Position At The Children's Place Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate Their Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Towards Achieving Sales Goals And Providing Excellent Customer Service.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Store Lead, Effective Communication Is Essential In Delegating Tasks, Providing Feedback, And Resolving Conflicts Within The Team. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Both The Team And Customers.
