  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, staffing, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  3. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking and markdowns.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Utilize analytical skills to track and report on store performance.
  9. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  12. Work closely with the District Manager to achieve overall company objectives.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  14. Adhere to budget and financial goals set by upper management.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Store Lead Position At The Children's Place Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate Their Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Towards Achieving Sales Goals And Providing Excellent Customer Service.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Train And Motivate Their Team To Deliver Outstanding Service To Every Customer.
