- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor and maintain store performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and employee performance.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and upper management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Previous Leadership Experience: A Store Lead At The Children's Place Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Children's Clothing Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Overseeing Daily Operations, And Driving Sales.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Store Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Effectively Communicating With Both Customers And Team Members. This Includes Providing Excellent Customer Service, Delegating Tasks To Employees, And Effectively Relaying Information From Upper Management.
Knowledge Of Merchandising And Inventory Management: The Children's Place Values The Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays And Manage Inventory Efficiently. A Qualified Store Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Merchandising Principles And Be Able To Effectively Manage Inventory Levels.
