We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Lead to join our team and help us create a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed company goals.   1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Meet and exceed sales goals by motivating and coaching team members to achieve individual and store targets.
  4. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about the company, products, and services.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  6. Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.

  8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement strategies for store growth and success.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  13. Stay informed about competitors and market trends to make informed decisions for the store.
  14. Lead by example and uphold the company's values and standards.
