Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In Children's Apparel.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.
Proficiency In Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Store Operations.
Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And The Ability To Effectively Use This Knowledge To Drive Sales And Meet Store Goals.
