- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Create and manage a loyalty program that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Oversee all customer service operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in CRM and loyalty programs to continuously improve strategies.
- Develop and manage a team of CRM and loyalty specialists to execute strategies and achieve goals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to CRM, loyalty, and customer service.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization and drive a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Crm, Loyalty, And Service Roles Within The Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Crm And Loyalty Strategies That Drive Customer Engagement And Retention.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Data And Analytics, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Business Decisions And Drive Results.
Excellent Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing And Developing Teams To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field; Mba Preferred.
