Sales Audit Analyst

The Children's Place is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Audit Analyst to join our team! We are looking for a results-driven individual who is highly motivated and has a strong background in sales and finance. The ideal candidate will have an analytical approach to problem solving and excellent communication skills. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, as well as three or more years of experience in audit, finance, or accounting. A strong working knowledge of sales, retail, and financial policies is essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with other departments. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze sales data and financial records to identify discrepancies and discrepancies in sales transactions.
2. Prepare reports and presentations to present findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with sales and financial regulations.
4. Monitor and audit sales transactions to detect any irregularities or areas of non-compliance.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of sales audits.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors to ensure audit standards are met.
7. Provide guidance and advice to other departments on sales audit process and procedures.
8. Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales audit process and procedures.
9. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
