As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for our customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and recommending the perfect clothing and accessories for their children.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  4. Utilize product knowledge and styling expertise to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  5. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and styles for children.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create a pleasant and inviting shopping environment.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and create a positive work environment.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
  12. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
  14. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Be a brand ambassador for The Children's Place and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
