- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.

- Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Associate At The Children's Place Must Have Strong Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Them With The Best Shopping Experience.
Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Retail Sales, As They Will Be Responsible For Assisting Customers, Answering Questions, And Handling Any Issues Or Concerns That May Arise.
Knowledge Of Children's Fashion: The Children's Place Specializes In Clothing And Accessories For Children, So A Strong Understanding Of Current Children's Fashion Trends And Styles Is Necessary For This Role.
Team Player: Sales Associates At The Children's Place Must Be Able To Work Effectively As Part Of A Team, Collaborating With Other Employees To Ensure The Store Runs Smoothly And Customers Are Taken Care Of.
Organizational Skills: With A High Volume Of Customers And Merchandise, It Is Important For A Sales Associate To Be Organized And Able To Multitask. This Includes Keeping The Store Clean And Organized, Restocking Merchandise, And Managing Sales Transactions Efficiently.
