  1. Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Utilize product knowledge to recommend items and upsell to increase sales.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  6. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and merchandise in order to assist customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  9. Assist in receiving and restocking merchandise as needed.
